Real solutions for real people

A message from Sally McEvoy, Founder and Chief Executive of InTO Consulting.

Hi, I’m Sally McEvoy – social worker, trauma specialist, and founder of InTO Consulting. For over 20 years, I’ve supported people and workplaces across Australia – through trauma, organisational change, and the everyday challenges of life and leadership.

I started InTO because I saw a need for something more personal, more responsive, and more culturally safe than many mainstream EAP services. We don’t take a call-centre approach. When you reach out to InTO, you speak to someone who understands what you’re going through – and who can connect you directly to the right practitioner.

Why InTO? Because we’re all about supporting Individuals, Teams, and Organisations. It’s in our name — and at the heart of everything we do.

We work with individuals, teams and organisations through the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and through private appointments. Our services include:

  • Counselling for individuals, couples, and families
  • Manager Assist – coaching for managers and leaders navigating leadership challenges
  • Critical Incident Response – Rapid, trauma-informed support for individuals, teams and organisations impacted by crisis
  • Wellbeing Services – yarning circles, art therapy and reflective practice
  • Training & Consultancy tailored to your workplace

At InTO, we use a “no wrong door” approach. Whether you’re seeking help for yourself, your team, or your organisation, we’ll make sure you’re connected quickly and with care.

Our team of psychologists, social workers and counsellors are hand-picked for their clinical expertise, empathy, and commitment to doing things differently. Many of us have worked together for years, delivering consistent, high-quality support to health, emergency services, education, not-for-profits, and private industry across metro, regional, and remote Australia.

We bring compassion, capability, and cultural safety to every conversation – because we believe real support isn’t just possible, it’s essential.

Warmly,
Sally McEvoy
Chief Executive, InTO Consulting

Why we chose the Dragonfly for your brand

When Icon Web and Graphic Design first presented the new logo design to me, they shared this explanation – and it instantly resonated with the vision I hold for my practice:

The dragonfly symbolises transformation, healing, and connection — echoing your work in guiding clients from emotional depths to lighter, freer versions of themselves.

Dragonflies navigate both water and air, reflecting your approach of bridging emotional and practical worlds, and supporting clients through conflict, healing, and growth.

Their grace, adaptability, and beauty reflect your compassionate, flexible, and hopeful way of working. The dragonfly becomes a living metaphor for the light and change that follow deep struggle.

The brand’s colours suggest experience and inclusivity, especially with LGBTQIA+ communities, signalling a safe, affirming, and welcoming space for all.

The dotted flight path nods to Aboriginal art, honouring your work in rural and remote communities and symbolising healing as a journey of connection and continuity.

In choosing the dragonfly, we’ve captured the balance of vulnerability and strength at the heart of your brand — creating an identity that’s both powerful and meaningful.
