At InTO Consulting, our Wellbeing Counselling Services are designed to foster emotional safety, cultural connection, and team wellbeing. Whether supporting recovery after trauma or promoting resilience and connection, our services are thoughtfully tailored to suit the unique needs of each workplace or community – especially those in high-pressure, high-impact environments.

Our approach is grounded in cultural respect, clinical expertise, and a deep understanding of diverse workplace contexts across metropolitan, regional, and remote Australia.

Tailored Wellbeing support

We work closely with organisations to design wellbeing sessions that align with the cultural identity, goals, and context of your team.

Whether you’re a health service, government agency, education provider, or community organisation – our sessions are adaptable, trauma-informed, and grounded in respect.

Creative Expression

Art activities to support healing and connection. Where appropriate, yarning circles or wellbeing sessions may include art-based activities, such as painting, drawing, or crafting. These creative practices offer gentle, non-verbal pathways to healing and can be powerful tools for expression and reflection – particularly in group settings. Art activities are always inclusive and accessible, designed for all skill levels.

Yarning Circles

Culturally safe spaces for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander teams
Yarning circles – also known as talking circles – are facilitated gatherings that create safe, respectful spaces for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employees, or culturally mixed teams where appropriate.

These sessions promote story-sharing, reflection, and healing, allowing participants to express themselves and support one another in culturally safe ways.
Facilitated by culturally aware clinicians—often chosen intentionally without kinship ties – yarning circles support:

Respectful dialogue and mutual understanding
Cultural safety and confidentiality
Emotional expression and collective healing
Group connection and empowerment
Similar approaches/alternatives can be facilitated for non-Indigenous teams.
